JESUS "DID NOT COME TO BRING PEACE!" 2 "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." -Matthew 10:34, bold mine Please note what the Bible teaches about the true followers of Jesus in the days prior to His return: "I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained."-Revelation 6:9, bold mine It's getting harder and harder to "maintain the testimony" of Jesus without compromise, isn't it?  It seems that the world has grown tolerant* of any and all beliefs except one...Biblically defined Christianity. "And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God..."-Revelation 20:4, bold mine In the above verses, we see a "life and death" difference between those who truly teach and live the "word of God" and those who "profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him" (see Titus 1:16).   PLEASE UNDERSTAND:  Those who "profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him" areNOT CHRISTIANS and WILL NOT go to Heaven.
