Noah:  One Man Can Make a Difference!

"And I searched for a man among them

who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me..."

Ezekiel 22:30

And God is still searching.  Never be deceived into thinking it doesn't make a difference...it does.  Every thought, every word, every action...makes a difference.  Man years ago I got thrown off.  Deceived into thinking that it doesn't really matter...but it does.  The Bible tells us that God is searching "to and fro" throughout the entire earth for such a man...for such a woman (see 2 Chronicles 16:9).  Someone whom He can "strongly support."  Someone to whom He can give the "greater grace"(see James 4:6).

Abraham made a difference.  He stepped out of his "comfort zone," for a chance at the "promised land" (see Genesis 12).   Esther made a difference.  She risked her very life for the sake of others (see the book of Esther).  Moses made a difference.  He chose to reject the "passing pleasures of sin" in order that he might fulfill God's call and destiny (see Hebrews 11:25). 

And then there was  Noah.  One man...out of an entire generation!  A man willing to walk by faith.  A man willing to sacrifice "self" in order to maintain a right relationship with His God.  A man willing to "take up his cross daily" in order to follow God (see Genesis 6:8ff).
