IN JUST 2 DAYS!, GodThoughtsWired! will be on sabbatical while I recover from back surgery.  Rather than provide pre-prepared entries, I am led to remain silent for those 2-3 weeks and ask you to join with me in radical, spiritual warefare prayers for the GodThoughts Ministry.  I am INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL that GodThoughtsWired! reaches thousands daily around the world and, yet, I am certain that God desires to multiply His voice and influence through GodThoughts FAR MORE SIGNIFICANTLY than He is doing now.  We need a larger team!  We need more prayer warriors!  We need more Partners!  We need more of you to ACTIVELY participate!  Please take the time of this sabbatical to prayerfully consider your active involvement in the GodThoughts Ministry.

Who among you would respond to the invitation of Jesus, "Freely you have received, freely give" (Matthew 10:8).  In this "Age of Apostasy," (see 2 Thess. 2:1-17),  GodThoughts exists to EVANGELIZE THE CHURCH!  -see Matthew 7:21-23; Revelation 3:20.   See you soon!

"Hellbound Christians!"
EVANGELIZING THE CHURCH:  PART 3

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock;
if anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and will dine
with him, and he with Me."
Revelation 3:20

Let's continue by understanding that the above statement (Revelation 3:20) is spoken by Jesus to those INSIDE THE CHURCH!
"It is my considered opinion that under the present circumstances
we do not want revival at all.  A widespread revival of the kind of
Christianity we know today in America might prove to be a moral
tragedy from which we would not recover in a hundred years."
"Keys to the Deeper Life," A.W. Tozer, p.19

Quite disturbingly, the preceding quote was written nearly fifty years ago.

Earlier in this series I mentioned, A "Jesus" of man's creation.  For instance, when was the last time you heard a preacher quote the following words, spoken to the Church, by the biblical, New Covenant Jesus"Because you are lukewarm, I will spit you out of My mouth?" (Revelation 3:16).  Again, the context of these New Covenant warnings are spoken to the CHRISTIAN CHURCH!  A "Church" who refuses to repent!  Why do they refuse to repent?  Because they believe with all of their hearts that they have no need!  That they are "right with God."  In their/our? sincere delusion, they/we? literally believe that they/we? are "In need of nothing" (see Revelation 3:17).

Remember the statements of Jesus in His "sermon on the mount?" (Please stop here, and take time to review Matthew 7:21-23).  He prophetically warns of the immense and immenent tragedy that will happen to "many" on the day of judgement.  There will be MULTITUDES IN THE CHURCH, Jesus proclaims, that will think they are going to heaven, no, THEY WILL BE SURE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO HEAVEN...but are not!  We therefore, must ask ourselves...dear brothers and sisters, WE MUST ASK OURSELVES!  Who are these people?
"I think there is little doubt that the teaching of salvation
without repentance has lowered the moral standards of the
Church and produced a multitude of deceived religious
proffesors who erroneously believe themselves to be saved
when in fact they are still in the gall of bitterness and the
bond of iniquity.
"The Root of the Righteous," p. 44 (underline mine)

Why would God call a man to "Evangelize the Church?"

Because of the "many," who are in the Church who think they are going to heaven, but are not.  They are deceived, but they don't know they are deceived...BECAUSE they are deceived.  And to make matters worse, because of their delusion, they vehemently reject out of hand, any who would challenge their delusion.

"An appalling and horrible thing has happened
in the land:  the prophets prophesy falsely,
and the priests rule on their own authority;
and My people love it so!  But what will they do in the end?"
Jeremiah 5:30-31 (bold mine)

I'm imploring you to prayerfully consider joining our team of "Partners" who are committed to "evangelizing the Church" and, as such, will reap the significant eternal rewards of such spiritual equity.
