Are you ready for some truth?  Ok, here it is...GRACE DOES NOT MAKE US FREE!  Grace makes freedom possible (see Galatians 5:1), but only the TRUTH can make us free.  Do you want to be free?  Learn to walk in the TRUTH!  Beware the church that teaches grace without truth.  Grace alone is not the gospel.  Yes, it sound like "good news," but it is not Biblical truth. 

"And you shall know the truth,

and the TRUTH shall make you free."

John 8:32

Beware the preacher who will "tickle the ears" with grace alone.   Grace makes forgiveness possible, praise God, but the "truth" is that confession and repentance are required to receive the forgiveness that grace provides.  Without the appropriation of the truth, grace remains unrealized.  Jesus is called the "Truth" for a reason.   By the Father's grace, He has made available the Truth, but only those who receive the Truth (see John 1:11-12) can experience the fullness of God's grace (see John 3:16).   Remember, Biblical grace is opposed to earning...not effort.

"See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God."

Hebrews 12:15

How do we come short of the grace of God?...by not walking in the truth that grace provides.
